Very rare megamouth shark

This is an unusual creature spotted by some men at the heart of Kozhikode(Calicut)city, Kerala, India. It was small in size (it could sit on one’s palm) and resembled in looks to a frog. It had an unusual shape with four very small legs and skin extra-ordinarly resembling to that of a reptile.I understand that it has been referred to the experts as it clearly looked like a rare breed.
